Description
Each stand includes one (1) table and two (2) chairs, company name plate, electrical installation with two (2) single-phase inlets, lightning spot and one (1) socket.
Exhibitors
You may place two (2) persons appointed by your company for client service. Their full names, identity document numbers or Passport numbers are required by April 28 for coordination purposes. It is important to note that persons in charge of client service (stands) will only have access to coffee breaks. They may not attend any academic or social events unless they have been registered as participants.
