Participants who select this payment method will have five (5 ) business days from the date of receipt of the pre- registration to confirm payment and therefore guarantee its participation to the event.

Cancellation Policy

	The assistance to the event may only be cancelled before April 20th, and 80% of the registration fee will be refunded (20% correspond to management costs).
	Cancellations after April 20th will not be refunded.
	Every cancellation must be done written by Fax (+57 2 6800252) or e-mail: 4congresobasc@wbasco.org and previous confirmation of receipt by WBO. If after registered you cannot attend to the event, you may send a substitute notifying written by fax (+57 2 6800252) or e-mail: 4congresobasc@wbasco.org
	All no shows will be charged.
	Payments for the commercial exhibition are non refundable.

PAYMENT METHOD
